- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-create the future ecosystem
- Translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business opportunities with measurable ROI projections

- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for multi-year initiatives

Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven portfolio of market-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: generative AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum systems
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies with executive certification in strategic foresight
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive organizational alignment
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization with $50M+ impact
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
