Responsibilities
- Lead multi-stakeholder workshops to map 2026 technology adoption curves and societal impact scenarios
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech disruptions
- Produce executive briefings and thought leadership on future-proof organizational resilience
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners through our Future Forward Academy
- Advance the practice of strategic foresight through white papers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Certification in scenario planning, systems dynamics, or horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario-based projects
