Responsibilities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-human integration, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into business priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on exponential technology trends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market readiness and risk mitigation for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or recognized speaker at global tech conferences
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
