Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Scans identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI and biotech
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions for climate resilience
- Represent the company at global forums like Davos and World Economic Summit
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next generation of strategic foresight talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of published trend analyses with industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative forecasting
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives implemented
