- Produce scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, workforce transformation, and ethical AI governance
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities in 5-year product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and lead a global futurist network across R&D centers in Silicon Valley, Berlin, and Singapore
- Author thought leadership publications on the 2026 technological singularity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 2030+ strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or similar institution
