Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity 2D interfaces, animations, and motion graphics for web and mobile platforms using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system that empowers product teams to build rapidly while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize the user journey.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and intuitive 2D visual solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during the design review process.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a 2D Web Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping and design systems) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript basics to communicate effectively with developers.
