The Role

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for various digital platforms.
- Create storyboards, animatics, and visual treatments to communicate creative concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Optimize motion graphics for web performance and responsiveness across different devices.
- Maintain a library of assets and reusable motion templates to streamline production workflows.
- Review final animations for technical accuracy, timing, and aesthetic appeal.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging animation techniques.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics or animation design.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D (basic proficiency required).
- Strong understanding of principles of animation, timing, and motion physics.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for typography and color.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
