Responsibilities
- Lead the design of high-fidelity 2D assets, including illustrations, icons, and motion graphics for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Conceptualize and create visual storytelling assets for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the design team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and illustration.
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch) and basic animation principles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a unique creative perspective.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
