- Lead workshops and visioning sessions to align stakeholders on the vision for 2026 and beyond.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term (5+ year) strategic plans.
- Strong understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI and machine learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field preferred.
