Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocktaking, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to meet daily volume targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
