Responsibilities
- Lead weekend store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales through team leadership, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance protocols
- Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve quarterly targets
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers and communication
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Conduct weekly inventory audits and maintain accurate POS reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years in retail management with proven weekend leadership experience
- Strong background in inventory control, loss prevention, and staff development
- Proficiency in retail management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during off-site remote management days
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays during peak seasons
