Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during peak weekend hours, ensuring optimal staffing and inventory levels
- Lead, train, and motivate weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns for weekend foot traffic
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues with exceptional service
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify trends and optimize store performance
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational handovers
- Execute loss prevention protocols and maintain store security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in high-volume environments
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend operations while maintaining team cohesion
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
