Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead experimental validation of quantum processors using advanced control systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum accelerators into hybrid computing frameworks
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Proficiency with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
