Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, primarily Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
