As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will be the face of our brand during our peak weekend hours, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on weekend peak hours.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during weekend shifts.
- Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and brand representation.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
