Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders by selecting items and preparing them for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks quickly and safely to meet daily quotas.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Oklahoma City facility.
