Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock replenishment on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Assist in processing shipments and managing returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability during core business hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
