Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory counts on the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
