Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-7 warehouse associates during overnight shift operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Process high-volume order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy
- Train new associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate shift performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability for weekend nights (Sat/Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting experience
