Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments during night and weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
- Resolve logistical challenges proactively during off-peak hours
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Flexible availability for night/weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
