Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 team members during weekend and night shifts
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and material handling
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Complete shift reports and performance documentation
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Available to work flexible weekends and nights
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license preferred
