Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person teams during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekend rotations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance in production environments
- Coordinate workflow between departments during off-peak hours
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operation logs
- Resolve escalated customer/client issues during non-standard hours
- Train new hires on company procedures and equipment operation
- Monitor performance metrics and submit shift reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Availability to work nights (Sunday-Thursday) and weekends (Friday-Saturday)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Background check required for immediate start
