Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to transfer stock and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations to minimize workplace incidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
