Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar industrial environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
