Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight and weekend shifts
- Ensure optimal workflow efficiency and safety compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
