Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight and weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead team of 5-8 staff during off-peak hours, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational logs
- Implement process improvements during low-traffic periods
- Train staff on new equipment and procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift management for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Availability for overnight (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekend shifts
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred
