Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and patient care activities during night/weekend shifts
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and critical incident management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Valid Michigan nursing license (RN required)
- BLS/ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Flexibility to cover variable shifts including holidays
