Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person night/weekend team across 3 shifts
- Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations
- Implement safety protocols during off-peak hours
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics
- Train new staff on weekend procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing
- Availability for Friday-Sunday OR overnight shifts
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
