Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person night/weekend shift teams
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operations
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Address escalated customer inquiries and operational issues
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics
- Coach team members on efficiency and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
