Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-day inventory reconciliation and warehouse security protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient weekend order processing
- Implement safety compliance during overnight shift operations
- Manage real-time logistics tracking systems for weekend deliveries
- Conduct shift handover briefings with precision and clarity
- Optimize shift workflows for maximum productivity during off-peak hours
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Availability to work flexible weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
