Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during night/weekend shifts
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train and mentor staff on equipment handling procedures
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Generate shift performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Forklift certification required (OSHA certified)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
