- Manage overnight and weekend retail operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service
- Train and mentor part-time staff on safety protocols, sales techniques, and product knowledge
- Handle cash management, POS reconciliation, and loss prevention procedures
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Execute merchandising plans and maintain visual standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
