Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight and weekend shifts
- Ensure efficient workflow and optimal productivity metrics
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control and cycle count accuracy
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Train new staff on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with warehouse management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Availability for flexible weekend/night schedules
