Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities during night/weekend shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Supervise 8-12 team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Train new employees on equipment operation and SOPs
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10 training
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends and holidays mandatory)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
