Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory systems and coordinate warehouse operations during overnight/weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management software
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and transactions
- Support emergency logistics response during critical hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in basic inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
