Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during overnight and weekend shifts
- Coordinate with medical teams for seamless patient handovers
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical records accurately
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Current Texas Nursing License (RN/LVN) or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospital/clinical setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules
- Pass background check and drug screening
