Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to deter criminal activity and enforce security protocols
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms within 5 minutes
- Document incidents and prepare detailed daily activity reports
- Access control management for staff and visitors during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct fire safety inspections and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently overnight and weekends
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
