Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders during night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Support weekend peak operations with high-volume order fulfillment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid ID and reliable transportation to facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
