Responsibilities
- Execute efficient pick, pack, and ship operations for incoming and outgoing freight.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work area, adhering to 5S methodologies.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders before dispatch.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and/or weekends without issue.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
