Responsibilities
- Execute Efficient Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy during night shifts.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols at all times.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and product handling.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
