Responsibilities
- Oversee security operations for commercial properties during weekend night shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts within 5 minutes
- Conduct hourly facility walkthroughs and document all incidents
- Coordinate with emergency services during security breaches
- Train and mentor junior security personnel
- Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for Friday-Sunday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Minimum 2 years security supervision experience
- Valid Arizona Guard Card and Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area
- Ability to operate security software and CCTV systems
- Excellent crisis management and de-escalation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
