Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person night shift operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Monitor production targets and quality control metrics in real-time
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities for operational efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Prepare shift reports and performance documentation
- Lead daily team huddles and performance coaching sessions
- Address immediate operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend overnight shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
