Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management and stock replenishment during high-volume shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
