Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage warehouse operations during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process high-volume order fulfillment with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct quality control checks and inventory audits
- Maintain safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handovers
- Document operational metrics and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or night shift operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to our downtown SF facility
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday
