Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to adhere to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve operational challenges and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
