Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and document findings.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is required.
- Communication: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both written and verbal.
- Tools: Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
