Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols at all times.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Report damaged goods or equipment malfunctions immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, specifically weekends and overnights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
