Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Conveyor) to load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests and purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity and workflow efficiency.
- Process returns and manage scrap materials according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; training is provided.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts without exception.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
