Responsibilities
- Load, Unload, and Transport: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and move stock throughout the facility.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Safety Maintenance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be willing and able to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and Weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for long durations.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Communication: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
