Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely during night operations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to scan and track inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet strict deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
